This is a large lathe with incomparably high cutting capacity.
It is suitable for machining large parts for construction machinery and shipbuilding, for threading both ends of large-diameter, long pipes for the oil industry, and for the needs of wind power generation.
[TT SERIES]:
CNC lathe with two forward-facing spindles arranged parallel to each other.
The spindles can be controlled independently of each other during machining.
It can meet high productivity requirements by building various automation processes, such as simultaneous front and rear machining, symmetrical machining and fully automatic machining, using TAKISAWA’s original gantry loader with rotation unit.
[TK SERIES]:
Stable, high-precision heavy-duty cutting for medium-sized, thin and deformed workpieces, medium-sized, thin and deformed workpieces.
The TK is designed to be built in versatile configurations, so you can choose the 400 or 600 swing and the comb or 6/8 station turret depending on the work process, tooling layout or automation plan, process, tooling layout or automation plan.
