Freeport SGS-2040AHD

The machine tool is built with a double-walled structure for enhanced strength. Its worktable combines a V-shaped and a flat slide, using low-friction Teflon for smooth, stable movements.

It incorporates a high-precision cartridge-type spindle with 4 P4 ball bearings, coupled to a V3 motor for direct transmission maximizing torque and minimizing vibration.

The PLC control system enables fast, precise cross-feed adjustment, with a dual-rotation overhead panel for easy operation.

For vertical feed, precise micrometric adjustment is possible from 0.002 to 0.02 mm in 10 phases, adjustable from 1 to 999 times. The control system (type SD/PD) uses an AC servomotor with LED display for precise positioning.

Finally, it features a fully automatic lubrication system for worry-free operation.
