The machine tool combines a worktable with flat and V-shaped slides, using low-friction Teflon for smooth, stable movements. Cross-feed is via two V-guides also equipped with Teflon to ensure maximum fluidity.
It incorporates a high-precision cartridge-type spindle with 4 P4 ball bearings and a V3 motor for direct transmission, optimizing torque and reducing vibration.
The control system (AHD type) features a dual-rotation overhead panel for ease of use. All gears and shafts are heat-treated for maximum robustness.
For vertical feed, a micrometric adjustment allows precise adjustments from 0.002 to 0.02 mm in 10 phases, with the possibility of adjusting from 1 to 999 times.
The control system (type SD/PD) uses an AC servomotor with LED display for precise positioning. Cross feed stroke limits can be easily adjusted.
Finally, it features a fully automatic lubrication system for smooth, reliable operation.
