The RTW1000 is designed for heavy-duty machining of large parts, with a mobile column and a large rotary table capable of supporting up to 20,000 kg. This 3-axis (X, Y, Z) + 2-axis (C, W) CNC system enables multi-sided machining in a single set-up. The column and slide provide high rigidity, ideal for deep drilling and fine finishing.
Transverse movement of the column up to 2000 mm and of the ram up to 1500 mm enables efficient 5-sided machining of large, long workpieces. The machine is easily accessible thanks to two front doors and one rear door, ensuring operator protection and optimum chip and noise management.
