The RT1000 is designed for heavy-duty, multi-purpose machining, handling workpieces weighing up to 8000 kg. It offers 42 kW of milling power and 1636 Nm of torque. Based on U1000 specifications, it features a stable rotary table (FIBRO or OMR) for enhanced precision and rigidity.
Its spindle reaches a maximum speed of 4000 rpm thanks to high-quality components such as Tandler gears and SKF bearings, and is equipped with a head cooling system.
The machine also incorporates KORTA bearings, high-quality ball screws and a ZF gearbox. The RT1000 offers machining flexibility with universal, A2 and A4 (2.5° indexing) heads, allowing work on 5 sides thanks to its 2-axis automatic positioning head.
