The RiGiTRAX is designed for heavy-duty machining, with its longitudinal moving column enabling shuttle operation and capable of supporting workpieces weighing up to 15,000 kg. It offers 42 kW of milling power and 1636 Nm of torque.
This machine offers a wide range of multi-axis configurations. X-axis movement uses a Twin-Drive system, composed of two servomotors for backlash-free dynamic movement.
The column base is equipped with 6 INA roller shoes for high geometric precision and slip-free movement. 230 mm wide rail supports hold the heavy column securely in place.
