The COMBI-V10 vertical machining center is designed for high-speed machining, simultaneously controlling all 3 axes with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens CNCs. It offers 28 kW milling power and a maximum spindle speed of 6,000 rpm, with a two-stage automatic gear change system.
The COMBI-V10 is assembled and scraped by hand by professionals. Its sturdy box-type column and wide, ground guideways guarantee secure guidance of the spindle head. The one-piece bed with double compartment for lubricating oil and coolant, as well as the hardened and ground guides, ensure great stability for the saddle.
The saddle, also of rigid box-type construction, is reinforced by the bench’s wide slides for heavy-duty cutting. Biplast material ensures smooth, even movement of the axle.
