The COMBI-U11 is a machining center designed for medium to large-sized parts, enabling simultaneous 3-axis control with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens CNCs. It offers 22 kW milling power and a maximum spindle speed of 2000 rpm, with a 2-stage automatic speed change system.
This unique Kiheung model uses a Huron system comprising a high and a low head, which can be swivelled to any angle to allow combined vertical/horizontal milling. The COMBI-U11 is professionally assembled with a sturdy box-type column and wide, ground guideways for secure guidance of the spindle head.
The one-piece bed with double compartment for lubricating oil and coolant, together with the hardened and ground guideways, guarantee great stability for the saddle. The rigid box-type saddle is reinforced by the bed’s wide guides for heavy cuts, and benefits from Biplast material for smooth spindle movement.
